Terms of Service (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Aparajit Tiwari ("Developer", "we", "us") for the use of the One Echo mobile application ("the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use One Echo on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these terms and Apple's Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app or any part of it
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app
• Attempt to disable or circumvent any security or access control mechanisms
• Use the app in a way that could damage, impair, or overburden our services

Subscriptions

One Echo offers an optional auto-renewable subscription to unlock premium features:

• One Echo Pro Annual — $9.99 per year
• A 3-day free trial is available where offered

Subscription details:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• The subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price
• You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policies

Pro features include: unlimited special day countdowns, custom themes, daily motivation alerts, unlimited custom live wallpapers, and access to all widgets.

Intellectual property

All content, design, graphics, and code in One Echo are the intellectual property of Aparajit Tiwari and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the app.

User content

Any data you create within the app (countdowns, settings, preferences) is stored locally on your device. You retain ownership of your data. We do not access, collect, or control your locally stored data.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, regardless of the cause of action.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license to use the app will immediately cease.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
